The villa is a recently refurbished build with excellent qualities. It is reached by a private entrance directly from the quiet road. The important living area is particularly spacious with views over the private decked pool area. Bedrooms are set out as one king size and one twin bedroom. The lounge and master bedroom have double glazed windows opening onto the terrace. There is quality marble flooring throughout and ensuite bathroom is completely finished in marble. The terrace gives both welcome shade and access to the seemingly ever present Andalusian sun. For comfort there is climate control in the master bedroom to cool or warm you with additional underfloor heating throughout the villa. The villa is next to the best beaches on the Costa del Sol with many excellent restaurants to choose from including Bonos Beach and iGuana grill next to the Opencor supermarket. Marbella town is within minutes - you an visit the market on a Monday or dine in the famous Orange Square. There is a very large commercial centre nearby at La Canada to meet all your needs including designer clothes shops. For more serious shoppers Marbella and Puerto Banus rival the best in Europe. Spain from costabella: Puerto Banus is only 15 minutes drive away where you can join the international style set. There are again many shops and restaurants but within the same short travel time you can be in the mountains. You can travel east along the coast to reach Malaga and visit the Pablo Picasso museum. Or, west to Gibraltar and Tarifa. Inland there are lakes and mountain ranges within minutes, skiing in the Sierra Nevada, the sights of the Alhambra Palace in Granada. Further away are Cordoba, Cadiz, Sevilla and Madrid all within easy motoring distance. Golf Information: It is only a short drive to the spectacular Rio Real Club House, where good food is served all day. You can have delicious snack meals and drinks on the terraces or more formal lunch/dinner in the superb restaurant shared with the hotel.
