1. Your booking is with Manchego Moon Marbella henceforth known as 'the company'. The deposit must accompany the online booking form. The contract is binding only when the company issues its written confirmation that the deposit has been received. The balance of the hoiday price must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival, or at the time of booking if within 6 weeks of your arrival. |
2. A reservation deposit of 10% of the total cost for the duration of your stay must be paid when booking. This is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation, notification of which is required in writing by email or fax and signed by the person who made the original booking. For any client booking within 6 weeks of their arrival date, payment must be made in full. |
3. The balance on our confirmation invoice becomes due 6 weeks before arrival and we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if this condition is not met. The company acts only as a booking agent, all monies are paid directly to the property owner by means of a bank transfer. |
4. The rental period is from 1500 on the day of arrival, until 1100 on the day of departure, unless stated otherwise on our website www.ManchegoMoon.com. Any variation of these times is by prior arrangement only. Please leave the property and all kitchen equipment, clean and tidy with the inventory complete. The client will be held liable for all the costs incurred for any breakages or replacements to the inventory. The client understands and accepts this. |
5. You are responsible for the keys and electronic garage gun whilst they are in your possession and for their safe return to the company, or if required, the local agent. |
6. In the event of an online booking form not being submitted with the deposit, the deposit itself indicates acceptance of these rental terms & conditions, which form a contract between you and the company. |
7. Cancellation by the client. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by email or fax to the company. If the client cancels his/her reservation, no refund of deposit mones will be made. If cancellation is made after the full balance has been made, depending on the period of notice received by the company the following cancellation charges will apply: 4-6 weeks: 50%. 2-4 weeks: 75%. 0-2 weeks:100%. |
8. Website accuracy. All information contained on our website www.ManchegoMoon.com has been compiled from up to date details and we have taken care to ensure its accuracy. There may however be occasions when an advertised facility is either modified or unavailable. Such situations may be dicated by local circumstances, necessity for maintenance, local construction work, water shortages, adverse weather, fuel shortages, power cuts and other circumstances beyond our control. If we are advised of this, we ill of course inform you as soon as possible, but we cannot be held liable in such circumstances. It is important to remember that some facilities, such as beach restaurants, water sports, water parks, theme parks or swimming pools etc. may not operate at all times throughout the year. |
9. Service and Resort Facilities. The company neither owns nor operates any airline or car hire companies. Whilst the company takes every care in selecting all relevant parts of your holiday, the company cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage howsoever caused. The client understands and accepts this. |
10. Occupancy. The property is booked for normal holiday use only. The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum occupancy as stated in our website www.ManchegoMoon.com, unless prior permission is granted for a baby cot or similar. Pets/animals are not allowed. Smoking in not allowed inside the property but is permitted on external terraces. Please ensure that on vacating the property the accommodation is left as you found it, clean and tidy, removing all personal belongings, food, groceries and rubbish. |
11. Inventory deposits. A refundable deposit of 100 pounds sterling or 150 euros is required to cover the cost of damage or breakages. This must be paid when the balance on our confirmation invoice becomes due 6 weeks before your arrival. The deposit will be returned to you within 14 days of your departure less any amount in respect of damage/breakages. |
12. Conduct. All visitors are required to conduct themselves in a manner, which is acceptable to both the company and to fellow visitors. Disruptive behaviour caused by loud music and/or late night/early morning rowdiness will not be tolerated. Failure to comply with this request will result in your being ejected from the property without notice. The client understands and accepts this. |
13. Cancellation by the company. In the unlikely event of the reservation being cancelled by the company a refund of all monies paid by the client will made. The company accepts no further liability in this regard. The client understands and accepts this. |
14. Personal/public liability. Whilst the company takes every care in selecting all relevant parts of your holiday, the company cannot be held responsibile for any injury, loss, or damage howsoever caused. The client understands and accepts this. |
15. General. The property is reserved only for those people named on the booking form. Extra persons are allowed only with the companys permission. It is the clients responsibility to ensure that all their documentation is in order. |
